    Rare RHD Dino 246 GT with wide wheel arches/Campagnolo 7.5" wheels, Daytona style seats. 1 of about 12 or 13 I believe. Also Perspex headlight covers. Anyone know the chassis number?

    I believe there are only two 246 GT in the UK with flares and Daytona seats finished in Rosso Bordeaux with Beige Dino vinyl. TonyL has one and this is the other, #07168.

    Thanks for your reply but it's not 07168, which also has perspex headlight covers, has/had only done around 12394 miles when sold by Tom Hartley Junior most recently. However, this one, registered 246D, had done 99486 miles when MOT'd this year.

    Are there any pictures of @TonyL's car on this site?

    It's not Tony's car. I've checked through my records and there were 4 UK GT models in Rosso Bordeaux with Beige. I only have confirmation of two of them having the Daytona seat option along with the wider Campagnolo wheels and flares. Those are #06866, which is Tony's, and #07168 and both had Beige 430 vinyl interiors. The other two Rosso Bordeaux cars are #06810 which I believe had Beige VM318 leather and #07060 which shows as having Beige 430 vinyl. Neither are confirmed as having had chares and flares. Perhaps Matthias will know.

    It's a car that went to Australia in the late '70's and then came back to the UK in 2015 and was restored by DK Engineering and it is still wearing their rear screen sticker. From their description of the car having been supplied new with Beige Vaumol leather it is possibly #06810.

    Possibly #06810 before DK restored it. The front bumper bar and lack of lower body satin black tallies with the way it arrived from Australia on their restoration page. The fourth car I have listed as being supplied new in Rosso Bordeaux with Beige 430 vinyl with flares and Campagnolo wheels is #07060.

    #06866 Was the Maranello demonstrator car and was supplied with C&F pack, headlight covers were retro fitted by Maranello complete with the nudge bar and badges I beleive.

    Hi,
    My coupe is from 1971 and was originally green - the second owner repainted it to „canna di fucile“ in 1981.

    Since then, the car was never repainted, thanks to intensive waxoyl treatment in 1971 and 1981.

    Interior was originally in beige velours, but as the fabric is unobtainable I have upholstered it in read leather (Bentley fireglow) which is perfectly matching with the original Fiat red.

    Underbody is completely restored, engine is modified to Adrian‘s Bosch ignition plus Stratos similar velocity stacks. Bilstein front shocks sharpend handling significantly.
