I guess we will see. I gave my opinion, feel free to give yours. At the right price I may even be a buyer.

I don't think we are there yet with this model. My feeling is that it is priced as a collectible when it has driver mileage at least for the market today. I am curious to see where it lands, I'll be watching.

I will agree here...In the last 4 weeks....There has been so much Stall...That I predict this car will go (" Bid To $130,000.00" ) and stall.
In the vintage above 10,000 miles V 8 Ferrari field...The Brakes are on

On BaT, Just a short 3 months ago...Nothing Stalled..everything SOLD

A 43k mile blue Berlinetta just sold last week in Monterey for $196k. GTSes are almost twice as rare and have been commanding a premium over Berlinettas.

If you think you're going to "steal" this car at auction in the $125-135k range, you're sorely mistaken. BaT would give a higher reserve price and as a seller, they wouldn't agree to a reserve price anywhere near that. We would all buy this car for that hypothetical price, but it's not going to happen based on how strong the demand is for F355 GTSes.

For someone looking for lower miles. Newport Beach Ferrari has one listed with about 22k miles for 350k. Relatively boring looking too. 200k is right around where this car should land

Unfortunately even good 355 spiders are getting up there too. Not as much but like everything else have jumped. I know u know this already I’m just stating what I have observed too as I have been watching them and or wanting one for a while. But I missed the once really good deals. Those days are over. I know of a 1997 Ferrari 355 spider manual for 139k for sale right now as an example. 7,800 miles, manual, new tires, red with black interior. Owned by a Ferrari mechanic and mechanically is completely perfect. All services just completed major included. I think it’s a fair price given the background as it is a solid car. I want it myself but now is not a good time for me to buy this as I have a remodel going on amongst other big expenses.

Looks like you’re live. and already past the silliness of $125k in the span of an hour. Good luck.

Maybe 5 years ago. Any F355 being a GTS or a 1999 model would not be on my radar but I would buy this instantly at your high prediction.

Good question I had a lot of friends and dealer friends that had been urging us to put it up on BaT and estimating somewhere 210k+

    So we'll see.. :)

I predict you don't know very much about the current GTS market...car is at $155k (+$5k buyer fee) after being live on BaT for less than a day.

Manual gated GTS are almost all over $200k at this point. Very high mileage or accident cars are the only ones under $200k, and not by much.

Cool your jets homer it was just a guess based on a softer market. This car does have higher mileage and I believe it did have some sort of minor accident btw. At least I saw that in the BAT comments.

Regardless, the market will speak for itself and I hope the seller gets all that it's worth.

Will never understand people who don't closely follow a vehicle's market coming in with their own market predictions and getting defensive when they are miles off. Guess everyone feels the need to add their 2 cents

Not your place to understand and I'm not defensive. I gave an opinion and as I stated multiple times the market will let us know. Not sure why take this so personal and feel the need to attack anyone that has an opinion other than yours. Enough said from my side. Let's see what it does at auction.

He is taking it personally because he just listed his own for sale. I agree with you, the market will dictate what it’s worth. Let’s hope everyone gets what they want.

No accident, we found this out loud and clear it was a small object on the highway that hit the front bumper and when it was taken into the dealership to get it fixed they pushed it through to insurance and insurance remarks everything to Carfax. The car has great records and is in line with the miles and servicing guidlines.

Odd that insurance would report, my understanding is that carfax gets their info from public data like emergency and police crews with the exception of certain service businesses and dealerships.

I don't think this will hurt the value nor should it, **** happens and as long as its repaired properly it shouldn't matter.
