So my battery died in my 2004 575F1 this afternoon. I got my 13 year old daughter to bring the Rover up real close to my rear bumper and I placed a towel between the cars. She was pushing me down the road as I was trying to pop it into gear. It’s just a manual clutch with a hydraulic shift, right? I can’t figure out why I can’t pop the clutch on an F1? It kept bucking back and forth and I may have damaged my rear bumper. Now it smells like clutch and there is fluid leaking. Should I just pour more ATF into the cap mark oil on top? That is the transmission oil, right? I am so confused. Can anyone help?
I was kidding, jeez. I leave this forum for 2 years and you can’t get a joke. Hello you old guys, welcome new guys.
