They converted the rear window to the larger Long Nose size when they changed the front clip on this car, which I've not seen before on any of the other Short Nose to LN conversions.

Conversion was done early 1967. Car had four Italian owners until 1969, it was then exported to USA to the next owner who kept it for 43 years. Born Rosso Chiaro 07637 sold at Gooding's in Pebble Beach on 18 August 2012 to an fchatter and Swiss resident who had it restored by Quality Cars and GPS Classics in Italy.

Was the rear window conversion done in 1967, as well as the LN conversion?

Nobody seems to know, probably not even the factory.
Maybe the entire car was rebodied (just speculating!!)?
I understand the car has been white book certified (for cars of historical interest), because it was born shortnose, renosed to long and thereafter raced in hillclimb(s). It seems the owner didn't want to have it renosed back to shortnose (for the certification) and the rear window may also have been a question during the certification process. AGAIN: I am just speculating and may be totally wrong.

Thank you, Maestro. Like you, just speculating, I don't think the whole car was rebodied as it still has the Short Nose door handles and no external boot hinges.

It may well have had the rear window conversion back in 1967 as it would, theoretically, need to be as it was when it raced, to get the Classiche White Book for Cars of Historical Interest.

The car is classiche certified, but i'm not sure whether it's white or red, Described by Andreas Birner when he advertised the car in cooperation with Axel Schutte fine cars.

a restoration in excess of 400.000€ was also mentioned.

Marcel Massini understands it's been White Book Classiche Certified. See his post #3287 here.

No, but he is a Ferrari Master, Expert...... And Maestro is Italian for Master. He is certainly a distinguished figure in this whole forum's sphere/subject: Ferrari.

@Hayek_til_Dawn Who actually are you? What is your name? All you've said about yourself so far is that you are a 24 year old student who likes to read car magazines at lunch and who very rudely and disrespectfully stated yesterday here that this forum is boring as f.
