Would anyone know where one could find the rubber cover for the footrest or dead pedal of a BBi? Thank you.

Just a suggestion: I got hold of an original one about 14 years ago. Cost a stupid fortune - like $350 IIRC. Fit was ridiculous**. I glued it in once, and looked at ~50 BBi pics trying to make sense out of install and wound up removing / repositioning and gluing in again. I guess I'm happy now, but later on I realized I probably could have made any of the Ferrari from that generation dead pedal covers work....So short story - maybe check out any rubber dead pedal cover you can find and give it a go!

    Best of luck!

** means ribbed section must fold around edge of pedal, but contradicts the rest of the molded rubber parts fitment

Thank you very much for responding, 2dinos. It is a good suggestion for a problem that seemingly shouldn't be so difficult to resolve. I'll follow it and see what happens. Speer.

    You're very welcome!

If I focused on the ribbed pad fitment, and trimmed the rest as necessary to just make the pad right, it would have been an easier more straight forward little project. There is the sections adjacent to the pad itself which go under the carpet that "origami" into the adjacent box structures. (and neatly I might add) that confused the fitment for me of the key portion.

    Best regards,
    Bruce
