    Who should get it? Herta

Who will? Dunno, who's got enough money to buy in? Logan Sargeant is in the Williams driver academy, and is currently lying 3rd in the F2 Championship with two win this year (his first full year) which if he finishes there will give him the 40 superlience points he needs, despite not being nearly as fast or qualified as Herta.

Could we all rally and give the seat to Paul di Resta so we could get him out of the Sky Sports commentator team??

    :) :)

I think that Felipe Drugovich is the ideal candidate: he has just won the F2 championship.

Herta Hype is not reality. You have zero idea how good he would be in F1. So RedBull picked him and that is proof? From their own Academy their results are not close to 100%.

    Agree
    He deserves this.
He won the F2 championship on pure merit in a second row team.

Yes, Williams wasn't quick enough to grab him and missed a good opportunity to sign him.

Drugovich us one of the rare F2 championship winners who was freelance, AFAIK, and not attached to any "academy".

To gain experience, it's better to have a seat ( even at Haas or Williams) than be "development" driver, IMO.

Give it to Chadwick and see how she does. If she does well, great. If she falls short, then we can all shut up about women in F1.
