    Happy Friday!

    Another good burn off a Monte.

    This year I changed to 65% from 68% in the “to smoke” staging and they seem to really like it. I was initially worried it’d be a bit dry but I tried it out anyway and they are tasting and smoking even better!

    You're so connected! Do you have a picture of Min Ron Nee? A person who posted on ICC and FOH forum (Nino....or fly tiger) that documented his trip to HK but I don't think i've seen a picture of him.....aways been curious to see the Cuba guru.
