I have 4 tickets to F1 at COTA this year and will be going myself. The seats are in Turn 4 section 4 row 16.

I'm not looking to make a big profit or anything, and you'll have to sit next to me which is a mixed bag! Haha.

Face value on these being the newly upgraded seats with backs and across from a large screen (and freshly revised turn 4 esses)... is $771.25 each.

I'll consider all offers, but I'll just ask for $1,000 each to start with. 3 day pass.

Not really, I’m out west of Austin and don’t know the hotel scene that well. Did VRBO before moving here. Let me know if you need a ticket!

Shuttle services run from a few locations north south and east. Try to look for stuff near those to make life easy. I’m shuttling from Barton Springs Mall Saturday and Sunday.

We will be attending our first race at COTA for the F1 race this year. We usually charter a helicopter for the TMS Nascar races. I have unsuccessfully search google for charters into COTA. Anyone have any experience/leads?

    Good links...

Access to the Track "is not easy" from Austin.....Hint: From the east is much easier.
    Hwy21 going South from Bastrop..

Last year I met the family that rents spaces in their yard, across from the Turn 1 gate.
Not sure I am going but be glad to answer any PMs..

    GLWS!

Did you book the tickets for the FCA Gala?
That's also a mandatory thing at Austin CC on Friday.
    Usually sells out.

Bump, I’ll consider a discount. Feel like I got sorta ripped off. No one wants to spend this much.

I'm working on my disguise, maybe borrow the one the new bass player for ZZ Top used, to resemble Dusty Hill???

COTA has indeed jumped the shark,
I have planned a route to get to the Track on time, avaid ANY of their ******** Parking Lots, and walk into the Gate 1, Turn one Plaza.
Where sadly I would get a hero's welcome and set off alarm bells all over the Track.

I'd be tackled like a naked field runner at an NFL game.
Drug off in the dirt, shackled with an East Texas logging chain.

    Maybe a rubber Putin mask?

    Yea, that's the ticket!!!!

I would offer one REAL suggestion to you.

GO early on Friday morning and make them print you REAL paper tickets, for all four seats all thre days.
Then you are free of the damned COTA Phone App, and you can give them out to whoever you want.

The Ticketmaster Exchange Portal is another sign that COTA Management has truly "lost the plot" on customer satisfaction, IMO

Of course at that point the Friday passes are spoiling in your hand, but at least you are Master of your own destiny.
If your three guests are with you, no real impact.

They are "worth it" as I used to buy a Three Day PSL seat, in MG, and a Lot A Pass, in the $1200 range.
That was the year it rained ALL weekend!

The Turn 4,5,6 complex is a great viewing spot and there should be a Bar there, to allow viewing when not in your Bleacher?
I have spent zero time recon on the current Track Map, but I'm sure we would hav a blast, unitl they tackle me and hook up the logging chain.

ha, I could see that 1999 when roads sucked and they actually sold out. we went this year for the PLAYOFFS and there were only 40k in the stands not a single traffic jam. :D

F1 traffic pretty bad, we always get there 30 minutes before grid and leave minute it is over and not bad. Otherwise do the helicopter.

The County has damaged EVERY road in the vicinity of COTA for "Expansion"......workers leanning on shovels.
The North end of COTA Drive was compromised by two lanes, in 2021.

Cell towers are saturated despite Mobile Capacity Enhancement trailers.
So your wayfinding screen goes blank...
Rolling Stones show had people turning back when they realized the show would be over before the even got to COTA premise much less a Parking Sopt.

Shuttles last year after F1 QUIT RUNNING leaving hundreds of fans walking down FM812 after dark.

If you have not done a fly over of COTA in 2022, you don;t know "what's real"...

Bertocchi overslept downtown the last year he attended.
Even with a PediCab, he barely saw hapf of the race.

I was calling him frm South Congress at 8AM as I changed a dead battery.
I saw the gris and the start....but "30 minutes" is far short of "what it takes" in currrent times.

Coming from Austin at all, is a bad idea.
New Bransfels is "closer" in drive time, and I maght add, so is Bastrop.

I also think someone at COTA is "not sending the check" as there is NO LEO support at the stop lights north of the track, back to Hwy 71.
The Grid Lock started, at the end of COTA prperty going out OR in, last year.
