    The other day I was flying back to US from Frankfurt airport. Going through security machine it lights up near my appendix. The guy checks that out and says ok, then tells me to turn around. Now I’m facing the machine and the only “x” was at my appendix.
    He has me put my arms out and he proceeds to feels the back of my neck, traps, shoulders and then down my lats. He then smiles and says, “nice muscles.”
    I walk away like…:confused:o_O

    I trained for 5 yrs, took a break for 5 yrs and now back for solid 3 months
