I know that Taurino Racing used to distribute a centerlock conversion kit many years ago. Does anyone know if there is a vendor or manufacturer who currently sells centerlock conversion kits?
The best ways to do this are (1) find someone who is selling the conversion kit from Taurino or (2) get the 430 Challenge hubs. Currently, I have the centerlocks on my car (Taurino) and I am going back and forth on changing them out.
Wally: thanks for your reply. If I were to go with the 430 challenge hubs, are there any compatibility issues? I recall there being a difference in the ABS sensor?
Yes, but there is a workaround. If you search 360Trev's posts, he has a really good and detailed write up on when he did his. If I find it, I'll post a link to it
I just got done gathering all of the parts for this. If you are doing this on a 360 then everything works. If you're doing this on a 430, the ABS needs to be changed.
