Question for FI owners - What manuals came in the leather manuals pouch? More specifically, the owners manual(s)? Do I understand correctly that FI cars included a regular owners manual as well as a US supplement manual? If that is true, what are the contents of the US supplement manual? Thank you.

yeah, but I'll still take the Countach !

 

Yes, it did include a regular owners manual and a US supplement (about 20 pages) which had some specs and some info on the FI layout, EVAP, exaust, and air pump system. Also had a maintenance requirement chart.

 

33 years later, the Countach still is more exciting to look at

sold my c8 Corvette today, got an offer i could not refuse,early in the game,and i let it go,i really wanted a blue or yellow car,wich is coming in March,hopefully, anyway,this is off topic,but i made some interesting observations during my 2 or so months of ownership, this car is really good,if price is in the equation,it is simpley the best, but it also made me think back at cars i have owned and driven on a regular basis, old scool super car sharm,the Countach is king,hands down, of the new cars,this c8 is amazing,but so is the Aventador and the Huracan, but as the best of both worlds,the last Diablo 6,0 is poss the perfect super car for all the right reasons,it is the one i let go,but should have kept,my advice to all of you who own one,keep it sorted,drive and enjoy,do not sell it,it is the best of both worlds,the perfect one car garage companion.

 

Indeed - I have a 6.0 VT in Rosso Vik and I love it.

 

Rosso vik.rear color, very cool.mine was Atlas Orange, cream int,orange stiching. black acc,lots of carbon.removed the big muffler box. had our custom exhaust supplier(cmi) make the coolest tail pipes, very loud. tons of torque.

 

Mine is Rosso Vik, cream leather with red stitching, red carpets, the usual carbon fiber everywhere and it has a LOC exhaust in it - also very loud. Previous owner also painted the calipers to match the car, and the engine center cover to match the wheels.

Fathers day fun. Replacing my clutch actuator cylinder today. Have done this on both my Diablos and this is second time on the Countach. No big deal but a tad messy. Happy fathers day to all of you fathers out there

Something about white over red....gets me every time

 

actually the one thing i do not feel to strongly about,love white on the Countach(one of few cars i like in white) but to me,white interior is a absolute must in a white ext Countach

 

White would be my last choice. It looks great new, but age wise shows the worst.

 

White int ,Cool patina. Very 80s period correct. But it is a beautiful thing we all have different opinions reg colors. All beeing said. This particular Countach is a very nice example. I know ,hands on.

 

Check out what GM is sending owners. You should get it, even though you sold.

I recall many discussions on this topic over the years. Number seems low.
