Hi Gutshot, no problems. the chassis was badly corroded, but also had a few incorrect tubes at the back, we stripped all the body panels including the roof to check the extent of the issues. it was then sent to top UK based chassis builders Arch Motors who have built chassis for cars like the GT40 and currently the Ariel Atom and Nomad to name just a few, where the chassis was fully blasted and all the rusty tubes were removed including the roof tubes and front windscreen supports, new tubes were welded in and the chassis was blasted again. Arch Motors used a ferritic etch primer to insure the chassis was fully coated and protected once this was completed they local rubbed down the the roof tubes to attach the roof and then this area was etched primed again.
