Anyone have a lead on a Scuderia for sale? Extra points for being west coast, but will travel for a good car. Extra Extra points for being a unique color. Thanks guys!
I searched for a few months until finally finding the right car. Initially wanted a car with miles but ended up buying a low mile (2200) mile example. One owner. It was the fourth car I tried to buy, many owners said they would sale, named the price, I agreed and they got cold feet. Be diligent and be ready to write a check.
Yellow Compass (Mike) uncovered a few but I ultimately found another car. He’s a valuable resource and full of zest. Contact him!
Thanks for the tips. I’ve spoken with Mike, but I’m also looking on my own. If you happen ro hear of another, would you please pass it along…I’m ready to write the check.
When you find the right one for you (condition/spec) they are so hard to part with! Sent from my iPad using FerrariChat.com mobile app
3 scuds in Cars.com. 1 car is from Excell Auto. Im sure thats gone. Where did all of them go? Ferrari Used website has no scud.
My first scud was an 08, silver with US CF package and Bata. Sold it for $, then got my 09 Red with alcantara with less miles and cheaper too.
Ferrari of Denver had a great black one a few weeks ago- if i had the space i would have bought it- I checked their site and it's no longer listed but they are not the best at keeping their inventory updated- I'm running by there tomorrow and will see if they still have it- If so will let you know- Cheers
Agree 100%- even with over 10k miles- this "over 10k miles and the car is worthless" absolute stupidity with regard to modern exotics is pretty much over- and for good reason. Flippin garage queen museum pieces are MUCH less desirable IMHO- The damn cars were designed to be DRIVEN- not parked and looked at. There's a guy on here with 100k on his Speciale and several double-digit Pista owners on here. My 355 GTS has 43k meticulously maintained miles on it and I've had pretty much zero problems with it and I've been offered 2x+ what I paid for it. My 458 Spider has 12k (only because I'm lucky enough to have other cars to drive or it would have more) and has been flawless and I've been offered $80k over what I paid for it. **** this response is directed at you btw- I'm not saying you advocate the mileage stupidity**** Properly cared for but driven Scuderias will be and already are well over $200k for the most part- I believe the one at FoD had some gaps in maintenance records and/or some repairs was the only reason it was there longer than most and brought under $200k- It is mentioned on another "Looking for Scuderia" thread. Anyway- You are correct and OP- Good luck with search- if anything pops up around here I'll reply to this thread or PM you. Cheers
You guys are a little behind on Scud values. They crossed $200K last fall. Earlier this year two sold on BaT, 4k mi. $296K and 12K $246K. I figure my 20K mi. perfect blk/blk is worth $250K but no way I would sell. They are very special cars. Good luck with the hunt.
I'm still looking for a Scud...if you know of one that might be for sale, would you please send it my way?
I have a yellow/black with 19500 miles. More details via pm if interested Radio delete Euro rear bumper Lots of after market parts
A client of mine just gave me his 2009 Scud 11,500 miles Red/Black with a black stripe i’m working on pricing with him now you can give me a call this week if you’d like to discuss Mike 973-610-7111
OP if your still looking there is a beautiful red Scud for sale at FoD- No affiliation other than loyal longtime customer- No details on the car- just saw and commented on it with my guy there when attending a charity event weekend before last. Happy to check it out for you and take/send some pics- if there is interest will hook you up with my sales guy. LMK- Cheers
I have an Argento Nurburgring Scud with a Grigio Corsa Stripe and a quite rare leather interior. 19,900 miles. PM for more info.
Thanks for the replies. I had an agreement to purchase a beautiful white Scud a few months back, as we were finalizing the deal the seller got cold feet as he felt he could get more money than we had agreed and he backed out. That car is still for sale today, in a much different market...whats that old saying, sometimes not getting what you want is a blessing? Anyway, after that disappointing experience I stopped looking for a while, but I am back on the hunt now.
