    Hi everyone

Has anyone changed the exhaust on the 458 (or to be fair any car with the Power 15 Warranty) and had any issues with a claim?
I'm wondering whether to just have the valves fixed open which they don't seem bothered about or actually swap the exhaust. But don't really want any claims declined later on.....

My dealer opened my valves full time and my 458:Spider sounds great to me. It sure my ears could handle anything louder. No warranty question.

You can do anything you want to the cat back exhaust and change to any exhaust. You just can’t remove the cats otherwise you’ll have warranty issues. This is from my dealer.

The 458 IMO already sounds great from factory especially the 2010-2011's ... if you just leave the valves open full time i think you'll be very happy

2013 - Stock exhaust, valves pinned open; droning proved quite annoying.

Dealer installed F1 IPE exhaust and IPE race cats on my vehicle and CPO'ed then 2yr power warrantied. My warranty is expiring soon so I'm gonna renew for another 2 years. Anyone know what deals there giving for 2 years?

    Thanks

IMO, the best option is to have a valve controller. For me, when it's early am and I am on the way to events, runs and the likes, I keep them in normal mode.
As I approach, valves are open and are never closed until she's shut down in garage.
