    I have the 1/18 version by this manufacturer and that one is a bit off. The body isn't tall enough. I hope that flaw is corrected in the 1/12 version.

    I think they make those frames to wide and don't polish them very well. Photoetch is to thin but it is still better than the plastic windows most companies use on high production models. The tires I bet will be pretty close to correct based on previous Top Marque models tires, we will see. For me I just don't want a big 1/12th Montreal. I have it in 1/24th scale and that is big enough.

    I think I'd only want a 1:12th Montreal model if I owned a real 1:1. Plenty of other cars I'd rather have big models of.

    Looks like Top Marques, Schuco and now MFH Hiro are all making the 300 SLR coupe in 1/12th scale this year. Cut the profits 3 ways and no one will make any money on these limited production models. Idiots.

    I knew about the one coming from Schuco, but didn't know Top Marques and MFH were also making this in 1:12th. You're 100% correct: "Idiots." And... don't forget about the long awaited big 1:8 kit of this car from LeGrand due out in the 2nd quarter of this year!
