    Hi All,
I've had my F430 for almost a year and never got round to installing the SmartTop controller. It allows you to open and close the convertible top with one press instead of holding the switch. Can also be used while the vehicle is in motion (up to 25mph).

New in Box (package opened to confirm contents and take pictures).
Selling it for $320 delivered in the USA only.

Personally speaking, I want to hold the switch and be ready to let it go the second things go south. The tops in these cars (430 and 360 are the same) can self-destruct by themselves so you want to stop if anything even slightly is off. If your capote is in perfect condition and you know this because you spent the money fixing it, then maybe. Otherwise, it would be suicidal to install such a gadget.

I don't disagree, but I 've been caught off guard by a quick changing traffic light while still opening/closing the top. I didn't want to be the Ferrari jerk holding up traffic. Also, if you are home, you could open the door press the button and from outside the car watch the roof doing its thing. Obviously, you stop it if you encounter an issue. I read a few threads where people added extension cords to their switch so they could watch from outside the car too.
