    Vasseur, I think, will be like a fish out of the water at the Scuderia, where everybody will be expecingt him to fail.
    As an indication, compared to Binotto, his area of responsabilities has been reduced.
    It looks he has just been recruited to take the flack.

    Factory is not the problem I guess.
    Cardile and Sanchez seems worked well together.
    Fully agree on the operational organization.

    Regarding factory, I do have concerns about in-season development. Seems to be an ongoing weakness.

    The 'cost cap' has now made that issue one for all teams. If you do not start with a good configuration, you risk losing out more given the 'cost cap'. Just ask Mercedes. To make up for lost pace one must spend much more to overcome and exceed a given deficit. The top 3 are not about to fear being over taken by others currently in the mid pack.
