If Switzerland would be part of EU, you wouldn‘t have had the bother of import duties and forms for your photos ;)

The word is bureaucrats, they come in all forms and sizes. They are there to tax people for no particular reason. They are older than Jesus Christ himself!

Last week here in France I received a gift copy of the new Trident, the magazine of the UK Maserati club because I had helped it's editor Andy Heywood and writer Mel Nichols with research and archive photos...then my very nice post lady asked me for nine Euros tax...because the envelope came from Brexitia...thank you Stupidexit.

The politicians insist on taxing imports and exports from and to the eu and the uk. If we remember the original plan was for the eec with no tariffs. Let’s revert to that. Why do the politicians need to be telling us all what to do all the time. Best if they got their own house in order first! Anyway they make me want to read more books to forget their intrusive ways !

It weren't the politicians who decided that, but the British people who wanted to "take back control"! Enjoy Brexit!

In the foreword of the 2022 Yearbook Mr. Elkann once again repeats that the three pillars of Ferrari are Cars, Racing and Lifestyle.
The yearbook has 240 pages of which 13 pages are pure and simple fashion pix in the section "Ferrari Life".

Indeed? I do sincerely love the Uk, have many English friends and remember my Silverstone based racing years with fondness BUT....
......I have it on good authority that this is your next prime minister, very suited to the current chaos over yonder:D

Our politicians are dreadful but I’m not too sure they are much better anywhere else.
As I mentioned the political class gives good reason to immerse oneself in great Ferrari books and briefly forget all the problems.

Very few countries that are not in chaos at the moment US,Europe etc etc. We are not been led by a proper Conservative government who are ignoring its peoples wishes and imposing measures many disagree with.Fortunately lots of these people are waking up and realise they are not this dreadful governments priority.

We have a party called Reform which is getting a lot of support at the moment, hopefully it will start to pressure these buffoons we have at the moment.

Looks like an old United Colours of Benetton catalogue.

Are they just models standing around wearing designer Ferrari clothing?

And from beyond the grave Enzo shrugs, pauses and says "The foundation of Ferrari is the engineering, the competition, my Scuderia overcoming the challenges of racing cutting edge machinery..."

Hopefully the ghost of Christmas past can pay a Dickensian visit to clear that up. ;) May his spirit live on.

Being in Australia we are one of the first in the world to hit December 25th so I just wanted to wish all my fellow book lovers on this page a very Merry Chrismukkah to one and all.

I hope you receive plenty of quality literature from family and friends.

So I wish you all the chance to pour a glass of your favourite drink, sit back, relax and just enjoy the magic of books.

    Cheers !!

With Ferrari's return to WEC, will we have 4 FRA books next year? That would be sensational.

I just ordered this book, which appears to be a very promising title. Print run of just 900 copies.

    Excerpt from the official description:

"From this book a renewed story of the Mille Miglia comes out. There are 960 pages and 386 images (almost all unpublished) that highlight, as never before, the heart of the Mille Miglia. Published, once unveiled in the S. Eufemia Archive (Mille Miglia Museum), are the unreleased partial time charts and the final rankings from 1947 to 1956 of the most famous road race. Through the story of the sportive events we tried to understand why the pilots, whichever the vehicle driven was, a Fiat Topolino or a Ferrari, raced for an authentic, tragic, eternal love on the road."
