I meant they made 50 for the execs, but there were 100 dials. The other dials went back to Disney, destroyed, floating around?
I love those unexpected moments when you catch a glimpse of a watch you are wearing and it fills you with enjoyment and pleasure. I looked down today at church and saw this. On this holy day it make me reflect about the things I am grateful for and I am grateful for each of you on this thread who share the common passion for watches and cars. I am also grateful for everyone else on f chat who shares ups, downs, stories, information in a fun and courteous way. I am in my second decade of enjoying this forum and it’s an example of how internet platforms whether social media or otherwise can be overwhelmingly positive. I hope everyone is having a wonderful holiday season with friends and family and all the best for a healthy and happy 2023. Image Unavailable, Please Login

I binned them. We ordered so many because the dial had many colors and I knew some would be better than others, plus as an ultra thin model there wasn’t a lot of clearance between the dial and hands (the dials were thicker than stock due to the color layers). Plus Disney wanted blue stone crowns, the stem is two pieces, so every one had to be cut and fitted. It was a pain in the ass!
This particular trip was to the peoples Republic of California so no customs and not bother me this time. But I’ve taken plenty of times watches to Europe with zero issue.
You can register your fine timepieces with Customs. You have to take them to a customs office and have the form filled out. That way you’ll never have an issue. I’ve had $100k of watches with me and customs just looked at them and waved me through.
