F8 vs 296gtb

It's super easy to get an allocation, it take 10,000 bucks don't kid yourself. The disappointment comes from the Ferrari cayman lack of interior space for pax. I'm on list who cares that's not an accomplishment you show up and they take your credit card. It took me many porn shoots to make that money.

My initial thought is it was some kids just trying to bait people. Luckily no one took the bait. Maybe he just posted some pictures of his dad car or a neighbor car and claimed it was his?!? Either way I agree and thank you @GatorFL

 

Investigation would indicate he's not a kid. May or may not actually own the car, that part was inconclusive and irrelevant to moderation outcome. Whatever the case, was definitely trolling and I'm highly doubtful he was a retired adult film star with exceptional endowment. Happy new year!

I drove them both and I have a order for 296 GTS.
I read what people think about it. I think 296 interior is better than F8. But this is very subjective. I prefer more tech and fancy interiors. I found 296 interior as a step up as feeling of luxury. But remember, this is what I like... some sport car lovers like it more old school I say "I am paying that much money and I want fancier and luxuries feeling"
If V6 is something you are allergic to, I can understand that but it feels faster than F8. To be honest 296 is the craziest thing I have driven. Electric motor gives 296 a different level of reaction. I liked the sound of it too. But if the engine and sound is your priority maybe you should be discussing 812. But I do not find V12 as the right sport car engine with the weight but sure it has a crazy drama which puts a smile on your face.
When you wanna drive those 2 cars more nicely or softly 296 is less harsh than F8 in my opinion. This is good for me but for some car enthusiast they might be saying "it must be harsh"
What I hated about 296 is the price. Compared to F8 or McLaren Artura (I compare it since it is also plug-in hybrid V6) it is too expensive. It is almost 100k more expensive than both which doesn't make sense to me but Ferrari knows that we will buy it anyway

 

The 296 has more than 100 hp difference advantage over F8 and Artura, Ferrari was not going to give that for free.

 

sure, I do not expect it to be around same price but also not that much higher... I don't think we should be paying 1k per hp
