The internals of the mirror motor assemblies seem to be universal on cars of this era. e.g. Jaguar. Someone was saying you can get identical motor assemblies for F360/550's from Chine very cheaply.

    https://www.ebay.com/itm/124763468494?epid=6041034771&hash=item1d0c7b72ce:g:9DwAAOSwTvhgv2Y9

(I don't know if those side tabs on the case are used for mounting):

Here's a picture of the 355's motor assembly:

Do you know if the motor/s are broken or the plastic levers?

Any chance the driver's side headlight motor is cross referenced to something available and common? The usual sources show it as out of stock, none coming up on ebay.

I presume that your "driver's side" means left side, p/n 172535. Did you try to google for "ferrari 172535"? I see a few, including on Ebay.

    Fuel pump update.

Bosch discontinued making the original part number for 355 5.2. I had it on order for 5 months with Summit & Vivid racing (both websites said they had it in stock & no one actually does). I finally talked to a Bosch rep who said the pump is D/C’d. So I bought the Ferrari Pump (Same Bosch part in a pretty box).

You can still find the Ferrari Pump OEM.

Outside of Bosch you can also use:

    Fispa 70997

    It’s listed around €132 on autofocus.co.uk

That is the only direct replacement we’ve found so far.

    Hi Guys
I had a broken flap actuator on my 355 5.2, found that the actuator fitted to a 2008 Fiat Multipla 1.9 diesel is the identical part, only difference is the fiat part has Valeo stamped on it rather than magnetti marelli. I bought mine from Ebay £20.00

The Aircon distribution motor looks the same part as as fitted to an Alfa 155/156 - but the plug will need changing, saw a picture here

Haven't verified as I repaired mine; I thought my motor had blown in the air dist actuator, turned out the commutator just needed the grooves cleaning out

Just replaced my F1 Gear Display LED. A local electrics wizz swapped the failing one with this

    https://www.ebay.com/itm/153822386293

I'm happy to report the new display works perfectly on all gears and is bright and clear

There's a YouTube video that shows how to do it but the soldering is tricky and an expert is advisable.

Wanted: engine deck lid. Don’t mind if it’s not the best condition as it will be repainted anyway.

If anyone has one please me know?

Gang, this thread isn't the classifieds. It's for documenting vastly cheaper parts that are identical or nearly identical to Ferrari-branded parts.

Hi all, does anyone know where I can find Parts 177790 and 177767 for my 355sp roof? These are the right/left main lift cylinder/hydraulic strut (photo attached).

As background, I had converted the roof to manual operation as the electric roof was giving me lots of issues. Some of the youtube videos made it look quite easy but unfortunately, after a few months of trying it out, I think its too heavy for 1 person to bring it up/down. So I've decided to switch it back into electric (even though it has lots of issues, yes) but as luck would have it, I can't find where I placed these 2 parts now. Ferrari does not make them anymore and some shops like Top Hydraulics will only repair them if you ship in yours.

My options are to (a) find these parts and perhaps have them upgraded at somewhere like Top Hydraulics or (b) somehow figure out to live with the manual roof. Overall it's been quite exasperating :(, so any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Hmmm. I had to replace mine about 6 years ago as it went bad (starting having a "dead spot" in the middle of the range where power would completely drop out as if I had lifted the throttle completely). My tech put it on the SD to verify the original TPS was failing and dropping out. We replaced it (I bought the part myself and we swapped it together) with the part # I included above and it has worked fine ever since. Your 355 is a 5.2 F1?
