i used to love my gtr 10 yrs ago and was sad to hear they cancelled the model last year. now seems a new 24 model will return to market. even more sad now. just another bumper upgrade and some other 70s american style 'upgrades' to what is still the same 15 year old platform. and its very expensive prob over $200k.

Is it still ICE or a castrated Duracell version?

Personally I've never particularly liked the new-gen GTRs from asthetic and cost standpoints but always respected their performance.

That collective yawn you hear is……everybody that likes cars.

Similar to the Gen 1 NSX, Nissan let this car die from neglect…..odd considering the start it had.

hybrid version would be better as it means nissan actually did something with the car instead of just changing bumpers and new stitching colors. its embarrassing.

Nissan seems to just be bad at keeping vehicles updated.

Wouldn't have taken much to keep gtr relevant. New 7sp dct would transform car and should not be complex change. Magnetic shocks are another simple fix. Had they done that 5 yrs ago, would be a different attitude about it now.

Be careful what you wish for everyone. We are taking for granted this car and that it is still around.
    This ISN'T a hybrid.
    This ISN'T a SUV.

This is a drivers car. That's it. We should be happy it's here.

In a world of z06 vettes, and porche 991Ts, what is the market for this old and heavy awd car. I guess that is somewhat price dependent. or maybe its just fully amortized and they dont mind selling only a few hundred a year to the faithful. Time was this car was king for a few years, but that was a decade ago.
Given the competition for 100K its prob still a good buy, for 200k, youd have to be a fanboi who just wants it.
