Talkin' about the 'Cruiser,my 80 series,you know the red one,is on a mercy mission to pickup the victim of a car crash at Springsure.
To get from here to there has taken him,the nephew of the victim,2 full days ..he's just started his return journey after having bounced into council workers whom wouldn't let him drive through one foot of water!
...so he's had to do 2x 280klm trips to get to and from Emerald the long way from Capella,50klm north!!

 

Since you already know you're going to hell it should come as no surprise that when you wake up you will find your Fiat impounded and that you are condemned for eternity to bounce around in the back of a paddy wagon!!

Sounds like most of my long drives BUT the one that stays in my mind for a small car was having the whole of Cunninghams Gap eastbound to myself after a roadworks traffic light turned green.....in a stepnose 105....heaven on wheels!

 

So special those 105s ..
