Bid to $80k. Buyer paid $88k, including fee, out the door. If he wrote a check for $88k, that's what he paid.
Looks like @Yellow Compass '99 GTS is at auction: https://www.pcarmarket.com/auction/1999-ferrari-355-gts/ Good luck, Mike!
I was wondering too, many have done well there so it's a good bet. I was theorizing it was reserve price related. Sent from my SM-G990U using FerrariChat.com mobile app
355 Market Update since I last made this post on 9/1/22: There are still barely any U.S delivered, Carfax/accident-free, sub 30k mi manual Berlinettas on the market. Have a good day.
so the GTS is making the auction site rounds? Pcar is one of the worst, I know of at least 4 cars that said sold on there but were never actually sold, also I wouldn’t expect anywhere near the number reached on bat through pcar, their results are always lower . I hope it reaches a high number as having a trail doing auction site rounds with low results won’t help sell the car. Glws
Any thoughts on what a 14k mile 1995 GTB is worth? US car, Red/Tan, 6 speed, super original and well kept, single CA owner since 1996 when it was bought from the dealer with warranty. Currently getting fresh service, valve guides, new clutch and tires etc. Books, tools, records and clean carfax.
oh ya...ahuh lol I really should have just sold all my 355's i've had over the past year to you guys here, i must be giving them away according to this pumpathon thread thats been going on for so long with hilarious figures...poor carnutdallas believed in it and had his car up for $500k i kid ..i kid..i love this thread!
I love when people undies get ruffled when tbey find out the world is bigger than they thought. Yes 2 of the cars were listed.
Have @1600veloce put it on bat if you really want to know. No one else gets the numbers Anthony does. If you guys had any idea what he sells that never sees the light of day…
I know of 3 manual US GTSs for sale, all with 26k or less miles, priced between $290,000 and $350,000 which have been for sale for several months now. Black/cream, yellow/black, and red/tan. Miller Motors had the yellow/black, 20k miles, since October but seems to have whole saled it to another local dealer earlier this month.
Agree with John! Once a car breaks $200k it better be extremely desirable or it will sit on the showroom. I'm sure there are private sales that exceed that mark but even BaT (everyone knows is overinflated pricing) there have only been five F355 to break $200k.
