Had my Cali parked for 2 months now, but had the engine run for 30 mins so that the battery doesn’t die a month ago. Couldn’t start engine today though. No beep when pressing “lock”/”unlock” buttons on the key, and doors wouldn’t lock. Windows wouldn’t go up/down. At the first few attempts to start engine, I had many indicators lit or blinking on dashboard and short beeping sounds would continue while the key in “on” position (see video). On later attempts, had “▲ABC” sign on the left and “((!))” on the right. Turned key clockwise/anti-clockwise 7 times to reboot, but same result.

Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

Thanks. It wasn't on a tender. The battery is 1 yr old, and I had the engine run for 30 mins less than a month ago. Surprised the battery dies so quickly.

60 days is a long time to leave a car sit and 30 minutes of idling is going to do very little to charge a battery. Get it on a charger for 24 hours and you will be fine.

If you look through a lot of posts on FC, you’ll see that almost everyone keeps their car on a tender. If you’re driving every 4-5 days, you may not need to. Any less than that and you absolutely need a tender hooked up all the time it’s parked.

As mentioned above a few times. Keep it on the tender when not in use. Issue solved
