    Hello

Can anyone measure a drive shaft from a 308 or 328 with the CV flange on the shaft for me?
I think i have the worng ones here. because mine is about 47cm and it looks way to long to install.

    kind regards

I just happen to have mine on the bench at the moment. Sitting as they are, with the inner race approximately flush (i.e. even) with the outer housing, I measure them right at 40cm. As they haven't been cleaned yet (and I didn't want to get my hands dirty;)), I didn't try to extend them to see if I could get them to 47cm, but it doesn't seem likely they could stretch that far.

That sounds way too long, 47cm is 18.5 inches. I measured my axles (gt4) fully compressed at about 13-1/8" to the outside of the boot/cv cover, 15-3/4" overall with cv joints. Fully extended as best as I could singlehanded is 14" and 16-1/2" respectively. You definitely have the wrong axles.
