348 When the first 348s came out? which is first VIN

I just bought a very early 89 348 tb

Rosso corsa / nero
VIN 82537
with the car i got a paper stating:
Production date: 13/09/1989
Finishing date: 20/11/1989

the car first owner was Giuseppe Neri, former owner of CAVALLINO restaurant and personal Enzo Ferrari friend

he had a building company that was responsible for most of the buildings at factory in Maranello

car has little over 40k kms first paint for 90% and still on original MOdena plates

Neri personal collection of Ferrari automobilia and parts was sold few time ago by Artcurial auctions

unfortunately he passed away few years ago but looks like the car he got was one of the early VINs

somebody knows what is the earlies VIN known ? which delivery date?

I have been told it is a preseries car; later sold to a VIP customer since there was a LONG waiting list for 348s in 89
