    Rolling Sculpture features 22 rare automobiles and motorcycles that exemplify the period between World Wars when automotive design was heavily influenced by the Art Deco and Streamline Modern design trends, producing some of the most beautiful automobiles of all time, many of which appear to be moving while at rest.

    The exhibit runs through April 30, 2023

    Saw exhibit yesterday with two motorhead friends. I've not been interested in pre-1950 cars before, but these art deco period cars (1930's) opened my eyes. They capture the opulence and optimism that rose with rapid industrialization of that time. Coachwork that are hand crafted, limited-edition or one-of-one examples that exhibit masterful vision and skills wherever you look. Pictures don't reveal the scale of these vehicles, they are MASSIVE and challenge you to not stare and smile. Daily docent-led tours at 2pm that lasts an hour. Can breeze through in about 30 minutes, but you can easily linger on each car exhibited until fatigued mentally or physically. Definitely worth seeing in person.
