One hell of a vacuum cleaner!
Image Unavailable, Please Login https://gmauthority.com/blog/2014/10/when-a-v6-dips-into-the-7s-video/ Tony Gomes ran a 7.637 @ 184.32 ET for the win, beating Gary Harmon’s 7.775 @ 175. Is there a faster V6 out there?
Well, this is confusing... The 499 Stradale should be faster than the hypercar then, considering it will be based on the LeMans hyper machine and target being faster than Valkyrie that is already crazy, which is contradicting the catalog of halos being the fastest Ferraris on the street. 499 Stradale might not be road legal though, which would also contradict the name "Stradale" Besides, the new halo might not be based on the 499P if 499 Stradale is on the way. I am confused.
In my opinion The F250 (LaF replacement) will be the Hypercar. The 499P stradale will be the « Ultimate » Car. (New kind of segment above the LaF replacement, ultra-limited)
Don’t worry the entire body is fake. The only purpose of this is chassis, engine, gearbox, suspension testing.
It really has some Rimac Nevera vibes from those pictures and video, can’t say I’m a fan if so but I’m excited to see!
Seems like a similar strategy to this this mule car. To me the wheelbase is indicative of the powertrain while the diffuser tunnels and long front overhang are for testing out the basic aero concept. Looks like it is built on a modified SF90 chassis which makes sense so they can easily package the battery.
Do people agree that it sounds like a V12 in that clip? V12 hybrid, with E motors on the front axle ?
If that is the general body shape in the video it looks like it'll have a large front overhang with the front wheels tucked in the wheelwell a bit awkwardly like on the Senna. No bueno
Its been discuss here on this thread for a long time, that the f250 would go TT V8/6. They serious looked at a TT V8 for the LaFerrari. Based on all the info from insiders and the reality of this Eco/CC rubbish currently in full affect, that there will be no V12 used.
