Every car is owned by me and if you would like come on over I will show you every title in MY name. The ferrari club came to visit Josh Hill who owns Exotic motorsports he had an open house, not me. I rent a shop to him and yes some came over to see what I do. Why are you so upset??? I contacted FCHAT and told them to remove my thread as you were offended. In fact I emailed you this morning but I never got a response. In 17 years on FCHAT your are the first to be offended. I own a 206, 246L, (2) 72GTs, 73GT, 73GTS, 71 Gt and 206sp recreation. All are titled and registered to me. I don't make a living fooling around with cars. I was lucky enough to retire 17 years ago and have no need to work. I have done work for others if it's something that interests me. I would be broke if I was trying to make a living doing this.

I'm a bit out of my comfort zone here - given I don't really know "the rules". In the postings from OMGJON, I've not seen an officer to do work or to sell a car - albeit I've known what he does for a living. But, back to my earlier comment, If being a professional didn't allow OMGJON to post progress pictures, I think that would be a great disservice to those of us who work on our own cars. OMGJON, along with several other contributors have proven to be a great resource and a bit of inspiration...

I invite you Brien Crall to come over to my shop as you aren't far away. I'll buy you lunch at Opies Bar B Q and you can inspect the cars in my shop.

There should be full disclosure when businesses are corresponding on this site!

Jon, Dont take any notice of him and put him on ignore. the fact that he contributes on this site as a Ferrari trained technician is clearly advertising his business . Good luck to him.

The detailed photos you post of restored components are a valuable contribution to the Dino community.

Keep going and I dont give a rats butt if you are advertising.

I would tend to agree as he has over 30,000 messages on Fchat.

Again I go back to Newman, who is basically doing the same thing with the BB series and adds a tremendous resource to the site.

I'm not seeing this as advertising.

Logically speaking, Brian's comment is correct. While that level of precision is debatable in a forum situation,
you'd definitely want it when your F is serviced.

I guess if we apply a big more logic, he should leave it to the moderators!

Fchat's policy will surely evolve as they fine tune their content management and new technologies become available.
As mentioned, that level of precision may not always be desirable in a social situation but you definitely want it in your F.
