Same here and ready for it. Apple weather can’t be right, most other sites say about 10” Apple says 21”. We’ll find out Wednesday. Planning on chili and cornbread with the snow. Leftover ribeye tonight.

I can't keep up with you guys. When I went to "first unread", it took me to early January!

Preferential to the meat/steak pics, but I eat some seafood.

classic wine pairing is Sauternes...very yummy combo. (but any similarly mildly sweet wine goes well)

AZ Italian. Your post above is very similar to a dish we make with sausage, Savoy (or Napa) cabbage and Cannellini beans. Chicken broth and white wine. Delish.

We have had a box of Mac n Cheese in the pantry for a year or two. I bought it to show my wife this classic old school American food (true story - when she first saw it on menus years ago, she thought it must be some sort of hamburger with cheese;)).

I finally made it tonight, sautéed some mushrooms with pepperoni and then added the Mac n cheese box items. It was my use-up-what’s-in-the-fridge attempt at something like chili Mac, or taco Mac. Tuscan Mac? (I topped it with grated parm and olive oil in keeping with the theme).

was okay, sorta silly, but quick and easy dinner.
