I like the HGTE wheels better, probably because I like seeing 5 spoke wheels on Ferrari V12s. They are the same diameter as the monolithics with the same size tires.

IMO, unless you are going to go 100% HGTE, leave it as is.

I think someone asked what came with the HGTE pack.

So I have attached the Ferrari documentation on this.

I've been looking to purchase the carbon fiber HGTE F1 Transmission cover to match my Carbon Fiber Driver Zone interior. Eurospares sells a "matte" finished version, doesn't match the OEM factory glossy finish.

Yea, it looks great. My car has that and pretty much all of the other bits too. I don't know where the prior owner got it. I would assume it was part of the complete HGTE upgrade. That was about $45K, I have the invoice somewhere. He had that done at the dealer a long time ago.

Maybe a crashed HGTE. Look at the recyclers.

@Skidkid would you be willing to pull the Calibration ID of your 2 engine ECU's and the TCU? Curious what version software they ended up selecting for your retrofit. Feel free to DM me if you'd like.

@sammyf Sure. I will have to pop over to my mechanics to get the reading so it may take a day or two.

Hi, I got the new OBD and did a quick read. I didn't check both ECUs for the calibration ID, I assumed they would be the same. The ID is 258645.

@Skidkid Thanks! That one is actually the F1 transmission computer ID, which I can confirm is definitely an HGTE TCU. Can you also please read one of the engine ones?

@Skidkid sorry to bug you about this but just wondering if you got a chance to pull the ECU Calibration ID? Also, would you have time to meetup and compare the difference in shifting performance between my MY08 GTB and your HGTE?

I am out of town right now. I will be home end of the week and will post. I did pull it and wrote it down but I don't have it memorized.

The lights are for daytime running light to comply with Canadian DOT . They are mounted on laser jammers K40 system
Got the lights from eBay cost 8 dollars a pair .
Used a controller mounted under the plastic cover ,and used the large multi plug . And found a circuit with 500 ma that’s enough for a relay

@terryGT NICE! Looks like it was originally a US car? Would you mind sharing what ECU and TCU software versions it is running?

That was a bargain. There were some pretty good deals on HGTE kits for a while when the dealers had them in stock and limited customer demand. Boardwalk quoted a similar price. Would be interesting to see how they recalibrated the shocks, seen above and in Boardwalk's ad.
