Nice find and sorry to see. The car is worse than it looks - I hope that someone doesn't get caught out.

That floor damage is worrying , big price . You hope it get's repaired not broken for spares . Although then it will have a story and be worthless :)

I've seen 360s (when they where new and still valuable) get written off for much less intrusive damage. looks like major chassis floorpan damage which is a structural part of the car...

I would only buy it for parts and at the price I've seen well used but non-crashed damaged examples so it's totally ridiculous imho..

O yeah the price is absolutely rediculous, especially considering the floorpan damage, such a shame, if only it was like 40 to 50K then it would be worth it for someone with 2 right hands to restore it....

If you have missed my other thread "Making a Stradale lower dash" here is an update of the almost complete item in the car .

So next is to fit the carbon door cards , fortunately I have one complete Stradale door with all its extended brackets for fitting the door cards and another damaged door that I will be able to salvage the mounting brackets from . I think it is sensible to fit the door cards and check all the clearances before committing to covering everything in Alcantara . Once that is confirmed correct , I will strip out the interior of most of it's wiring harnesses , as I need to replace the dash harness to CS RHD ( I have a LHD harness ) Then all the sound deadening removal and spray the correct statin black .

I'm guessing you resolved the differences. I thought the F1 system had its own harness. Was one of those separately mounted high powered relays in your photos related to the air pump?

In fact I haven't , at that stage I was still driving on Modena harnesses. I think you maybe spot on , I hadn't even considered that the Jap cars had air pumps . I have not finished removing all the harnesses from the donor car . Which I must do!!
    Thanks for your reply

Yes , you can see in the last pic I did a bit with a heat gun
Apparently you can use dry ice and acetone !! and freeze it off , but I was worried how it would effect the rivets and glue , so heat gun is fine

Another update . Wiring harnesses !!!!!! I have removed the dash harness from the LHD Stradale donor ( for anyone who has done this , what a job !!!! )
I have refitted all the harnesses I removed to paint the interior . The RHD Modena dash harness is still installed . I was considering just modifying this harness to move switches around ( would appreciate some feedback from guys who have done this , Josh did you do this ?) I know Randy indicated that he had changed all the harnesses ( Randy ? )
So now I need to decided whether I attempt to swop out the dash harness , remembering that the harness I have is from a LHD car . Aldous thought that I may be able to flip it upside-down , which after looking at it may well be possible . The two round connectors in the trunk are not in the same place , but might be close enough .
I would be interested in feed back if you have done this .

Aldous is correct !! I fitted the LHD dash harness effectively upside down and so far the only wire that needs adjusting is the heater/AC control ecu . I think I can strip the covering off the harness and move where the heater/AC ECU wiring come out the main harness . I have refitted the dash and lower dash to double check everything is good before I send it for covering . Image Unavailable, Please Login

Brake light pedal switch is different on the CS ( a four wire self adjusting switch ) I had to make a new bracket for it and then work out how the self adjusting ratchet worked . All seems good so far . It fired up first push of the button ( and the key does not activate the starter ) and the microswitch on the rear lid was preventing it going into gear . With that sorted it goes backwards and forwards .
Interior pieces are sorted and ready to go to the upholsterer , for all new Alcantara .
