Spent some time on your website. Beautiful stuff. Probably too late to do anything major with the current home but maybe the next build we can get you guys involved sooner.

Not a chance I ever move back to California. Never in a million years. We are currently in the permit phase of a build in Sedona. Vacation home.

Pantry, back kitchen, laundry room going up. Some of the steel beams need to be redone as they were the wrong size. Every day will be good progress for the next couple of weeks as they work on the framing.

we did drywall and had screws “popping”.
looks like a bump over screw hole. tried a repair but the bumps came back.
    i wish i had gone w plaster.

Never been an issue when you do Level 5 drywall finish. Not doing plaster. Its a more dated look for what Im trying to do.

Good choice - We did level 5 in our new build and it’s hands down the best looks for a modern clean look. It’s really special if you do the drywall without any base board or trim around the doors. Really a great look especially with tons of natural light where any imperfections stand out. It’s twice the cost of level 4 but worth every penny

It overlooks all of Scottsdale. It’s very visible from the streets. Opposite side of Phoenician resort on camelback.

Can’t wait to see it the next time I’m in town - even if it’s from the street as I walk by ;)

    Exciting for sure !
