Its in need of some love for sure. For the right buyer who can spin a wrench and has a tolerance for pain when purchasing parts... will be a nice car to have. Hard to say what's lurking in the shadows.. looks like plug wires are chewed a bit. Missing muffler heat shield etc..

https://bringatrailer.com/listing/1995-ferrari-f355-spider-30/ Ending soon… I had rare blue OE floor mats for this car. You snooze you lose https://www.ferrarichat.com/forum/threads/355-spider-oe-floor-mats-blue-purple.673068/
No way this car is a 95. There are a few Euro 96 cars that are still 2.7, not the other way around. Too many unknowns with this car imho, not to mention the condition.
I've been told this one's going to the USA: https://collectingcars.com/for-sale/1995-ferrari-f355-berlinetta-4
It's a 12/95 build date. In Japan they tittle based on first registration so it might have been what would be considers a US 96 model but registered in 95 in Japan and the 95 designation carried over when imported. In any event, yes, too many unknowns and I still question the rear end repair. Looks like the BAT bidders are getting smarter too. Anyway, so much for the $120k to $140k nonsense. There are cars that are worth that, but not this one.

The GK Auto (import/conversion/federalization shop) has a sticker on the car that shows “12/95.” Where’s the real Ferrari manufactured date tag?? Also, the VIN on the car is 107021. A quick search on the 355 Registry shows 107019 & 107022 to be 97 cars.
Is it just me or has the real Ferrari date tag been removed? People do funny stuff to their cars just to be able to drive in CA . Image Unavailable, Please Login
Good work, @ShineKen. I missed that the sticker was from GK Auto. Agreed, it's a 97. But, it's still a turd and $69,500 was more than it's worth. It's not a unicorn, it's a white elephant.
One to watch. https://bringatrailer.com/listing/1998-ferrari-f355-spider-41/ Image Unavailable, Please Login

Super cheeseball video. It's a used car for sale, not a trailer for a Hollywood action suspense blockbuster. They really nailed the exhaust tips alignment though. That makes up for the video. They're perfect.
I can vouch.. getting that alignment is a pain in the rear.. especially if the goal is to not have leaks in the exhaust system
Going thru the BAT comments for the first time to see if anyone picked up on it. Apparently not. SMH. Image Unavailable, Please Login
