Someone on BAT mentioned that they should have built the Alfieri instead. While my heart wished for that they really didn't have the resources at the time and this MC20 kind of fits as a much bigger Alfa 4C for the corporation. It's had a warm response from journalists but to hear it from enthusiasts waiting for their cars or trying to get information about ordering it's Maserati that's not delivered on the customer experience. Maserati curse? I am not sure. Let's see how they hold up and what servicing looks like in 5 years. If they're a nightmare and that fancy high psi injection system is a mess, and the turbos don't last long then we have our answer. I never mentioned a curse. Maserati has been in charge of what we've seen so far. Perhaps most of the complaints about not being able to get proper ordering information ... etc.have been here in the USA? We know where that finger points. Another thing to keep in mind with this sale and the other cars languishing at dealers is the US economy and the world wide political uncertainty. It's not been a great 3 years.
