Nope! But, there are many people who would and do… otherwise there's no reason for an original clock tag to sell for that much.

And those are the guys paying thousands for things that can be easily reproduced. I'm a sucker for original vintage items myself, but my wallet has limits!

No points are added or deducted for clock tags either, yet people still pay $700 to $1000 for them. The tires, yeah, I don't get that either. Even if they are just for shows, seems completely not-worth-it.

but when you're the only one at the show with the original tires, it's all about ego...i get it....if i told you what a guy paid me for an original 1967 corvette air filter you'd pass out....

Big money for clock tags maybe so, but for 40 plus year old shield decals, that one remains to be seen.

If you really want to OD on this stuff, the SEFAC decals that I have seen came from a company called Mascardi & Mariani, then located at Via Bernardino Verro, 36 in Milano (first image). The Chinetti decals were also produced in the rectangular NART format (second and third images).

Basically, pre-1980's, the general consumer Ferrari merchandise that is everywhere today did not exist. People's desire to own a small piece of it all was still there, though. So, small things like decals, key fobs, brochures, etc. became the go-to "give away" items of the period...

Turns out my original estimate of the two decals was somewhere in the ballpark.

    You're welcome :)

Good info. Mine are twice the size, correct for vintage fender decals. Does that make a difference?

I have two of these myself. I've been thinking of putting them on my 599, since it does not have shields, and then new PPF over them.

I don't pretend to definitively know. However, I have seen the rectangular Chinetti NART decals, which are roughly 10 X 6 inches and also originally designed for use on the fenders of competition cars, go for USD 80-100. You could find out, easily enough, using an eBay auction with a starting price in that range and no "Buy it Now" option.
