355 355 Carbon Sport Seats Picture/Discussion Thread (Worldwide)

Very interesting post. I think these may be in my car. I bought exactly this colour, medium size seats, missing exactly those bits and was told they were the last original seats from the UK Maranello warehouse from Terry on here. I re-upholstered them to crema and installed in my 355 fiorano car as it was the only option it did not have. Still have the car with the seats.

Yes it those are mine. I went and did a search on Terry's posts and saw the one I responded to with a pm and it had the same pictures.
The upholstery work was absolutely fabulous. I compared it to some other work I saw on some porsches and others over the years and really this is one of the best I've seen. I don't seem to remember 100% but I think it was the upholster at Siltech engineering at the time. I know they were working on some older ferrari restorations and they came highly recommended. He even had one whole piece of the original period conelly leather as ferrari changed their leather supplier later and the colour match to the rest of the interior was perfect.

As for the FHP yes it is one of the c. 18 RHD original factory speced FHP cars and I believe one of only 3 manuals. Took me 18months of looking to find one back in 2003. There are a few more that were retro fitted at specialists with some or all of the pack. Also for clarity it is not part of the US serie Fiorano which was a limited run of 100 cars and had similar mods.

Thank you! It’s been a while since I posted, too. As you can see, I don’t post much . Yes these are pics I just took the other day, sorry the lighting is not as good. I’ve had the subs for a while now, plus a few more mods since the last pics I sent. I’ve been bored with the car so have been playing with it quite a bit lately. I’ll see about posting in the “other” thread about 355 mods. Love to share them and get input on others.

Sweet! We should plan another F355/348 get together at the Marconi Museum. We had a good turnout a few months ago.

Sports seats and roll bars......
I believe half a dozen LHD ones went to Saudi Arabia and some of those found their way around the world. RHD would be very rare. There is mine and the one Shineken posted earlier. Most of them probably F1

Is there a Manual, Sport Seat, Roll Bar, FHP in the world or is it truly the unicorn?
