    Hi All,
Well I took a few days from the coolant pipes to ponder, and calm down.
My friend came over with his production ready 3D printed sunroof parts, which we installed, and put the sunroof back together. Ran it open/closed three times, so called it victory. Sunroof will never open again under my ownership.

So deciding the problem contains the solution, I loosened, all the fittings for the coolant pipes, and starting on the driver side was able to get the pipes nicely aligned and connected, yeah! Next the passenger side, little more fiddling, and success! Tightened everything up, and fits nicely.

So lessons learned, take more pictures, label every part with orientation, and don't tighten anything down until all aligned.
Many thanks Joe, and Urs, I couldn't have done it without your help, and patience, I owe you many Beers!
    Regards
    Jeff

    All,
Speaking of sunroof parts, my colleague has the production bits ready for distribution. He has basicaly a kit that contains all the replacement parts. I have no interest in his venture. Just trying to help get all those broken sunroofs functioning. We used my car as a verification test and they work well.

Thanks Jeff, and everyone else who posted these pictures. Perfect timing, as I am just beginning to install all the new hoses in my 83. Hoping that pulling the long and crazy expensive center tunnel hoses will be easier with the engine out.

(Trick of the camera lens had me running to the garage to check on the jack stand after posting this. It is actually nice and straight)

    Brooklands,
I installed the hoses from the rear, apply liberal amounts of silicone grease to the front six inches of each hose, push into the top tunnel first, then the bottom one. Mine slid in with little effort.
