I have found that the idle is not stable and when accelerating I hear a whistling sound. Do you know what it can be?

Check all routing from intake plenum to air filters to intake openings for leaks /leaves etc

A quick way to check is with a bottle of brake or carb clean spraying hoses to check for leaks, the engine will rev up where there is a leak due to the added fuel. I've had some big cracks in the hose between the air filter and throttle body like Dominick is talking about

The whistle comes from a stationary car, accelerating.

Likely because you can't hear it when on the move. As others have said, it sounds like an air leak.

To me the rough idle is a giveaway to a leak between the MAF sensor and the throttle body, if there is a leak there the car is getting more air then it thinks it is and is having a hard time to compensate for it. This will cause a rough idle, however under throttle the leak is likely not big enough to effect how it runs but would cause a whistle

How do you know if the manifolds are cracked? Do they make more noise?

Be very surprised if they are. The joint at the bottom of the inlet manifold has been known to fail, item 6 on the drawing

Where do I find element 6 in the drawing?

I don't think it is the intake leak, I think it is the hose (#20), an intake vacuum leak on these usually won't even let the RPM's go down to idle.

Brake servo working ok ? There is a hose connection from inlet manifold to brake servo at the front top of the engine i believe
Also check item 20 for cracking and leaks

I don't see any cracks on the hoses part. 20.
I can't locate the hose " There is a hose connection from inlet manifold to brake servo at the front top of the engine"

The hose goes under the engine by the aux belt
