    Anyone know if the 1982 GTSi came with the black coloured Rocker panels under the doors or were they Red as rest of the body on the Red Models?

    No difference between "Euro" or "US" or "ROW" cars: upper half of the rocker panel, down to the crease in its middle, is body color; under part of the body panel, from the crease to its bottom, is black.
    Only with the mid-production QVs started the whole rocker panel to be in black.
