I did the install of my new Kline exhaust today and it is a royal PITA to get this exhaust aligned. Basically, the tips are way too low, almost touching the bumper cover. I also installed the Capistro exhaust bracket. Is there any way to adjust the tips? There is virtually no support from Kline and I only found one install video but he used the factory bracket. I'm beginning to regret getting this system. What a pain.

I just did mine as well. You really need the factory bracket to make it work well in my opinion. Otherwise, you need to loosen your cats to help adjust.

Nothings wrong with the system. Get rid of the overpriced Capristro bracket ...they don't help. Loosen the cat to the headers and adjust.

Flea7 is on the money with his answer. Get rid of those brackets as I did along time ago. When installing the kline on my car I had to loosen both cats then u will get it no problem. You will be very happy

With the stock bracket, with loosening the Cats, you have 4 points of adjustment that can assist with setting the height.

It looks from the pic that with the Capristo brackets, the height is set by them only as they lock in your tailpipe at the height of their bracket and reduce your adjustment to near zero.

I would suggest turning the holes on the Capristo bracket into slots by widening them, or adding an additional hole to raise the bracket and subsequently the tailpipe

I installed mine and had no problem aligning the tips. Removed the stock bracket and used the supplied Kline bracket attached to the rear exhaust support. Few adjustments up/down and side to side and then tightened it down.

After 2 days, I managed to get the system to align properly using the Capistro bracket system. Looks great, sounds great, but the installation was horrendous, at least for me. With valves open, the Kline sounds identical to the S line. Overall, satisfied with the exhaust. I can now move toward replacing the stock headers when I get them back from getting coated. Thanks to all the tips and advice.

Awesome, glad you got it sorted, I love mine!

Have been wondering how it sounds compared to the S Line thank you for that info.

    Enjoy!

My valves have developed a very faint rattle on startup when cold. :( This is especially concerning to me as the main reason I ditched my sport exhaust was due to the valve rattle. So far it's nothing that's too concerning as it's not loud and it clears up when warm after a minute or two but wanted to see if anybody else has the same issue.

From what i read the shaft rattles about so they fit a spring to it to pull it sideways to stop it

Hmm, ok so maybe it's not normal then. I'll try and diagnose it further and contact Kline if I can't remedy it easily. Hoping it's something else maybe close by that's doing the rattling.
