Finally installed and adjusted to my liking. The ride is far superior to the original suspension and it can be further adjusted for different purposes(long highway drive, twistiest or track). I dropped the ride hight by a very small amount not sure if you can see it by the stance. The rear shocks are nearly impossible to get to the adjustment screw so I had to install a 14” extension cable that ran through the gas tank cover had to drill a 3mm hole in it, but now it’s easy to access and adjust the damping. Overall I am super happy with the result it transformed the car and I would recommend it. Specially if you will be rebuilding the original suspension something that will keep your car on the road. Well worth the 2500.00.

The suspension light is on. If there is a solution please post the parts and the know how. Also the clicks an the adjustment screw are so vague is really hard to feel. My set up for city driving is all the way to soft and then going to hard front 8 clicks and rear 9 clicks.

Was the solution @whiteout had/has only for the 575. I’d review his build thread.

also is your interior Sabbia and quilted? I can’t quite tell.

Right but I thought he had a “pigtail” (a simplification) to help remedy/cancel the suspension light?

Did you have to make any other changes to install those coils? Or just a simple swap?

IIUC, between the 550 and 575 there are 3 different top mount versions? Do these coilovers work with any of those? On my 550, at least one of the the front top mounts is squeaking like crazy (pillow bearing?); would these replace that part of the mount, or would I still need to separately fix that issue? Thanks!

It replaces the upper mounts with a new unit, so it is compatible with all versions.

Greg- It squeaks because it is metal on metal. No rubber involved.

Thank you @white out to be super clear these replace the upper 550 pillow bearings? The replacement mount is a more traditional rubber type rather than metal on metal?

@tazandjan yes I know they are metal-on-metal, but my understanding is that they squeak because they are going bad, rather than "that's just how it is", correct?

    thank you both!

Correct, they are a rubber bushing between the damper and upper mount.
