Totally - I actually occasionally drive mine to work its fun low drama / cheap to maintain / comfy Its part of a 15 car program, not a 1 or 2. If you have space for 1 car - its the other ones discussed here
hahha so true, just got my first Mclaren a 650s spyder, with a fabspeed free flow exhaust... holy wow, it's wild and fun and composed in comfort mode on the crappy bumpy New England backroads and then in sport mode it's just epic. Tight carbon fiber tub and the engine pops and screams on upshifts... ok could benefit from some Italian voice lessons but a fine machine. Also just got my F430 manual conversion (using oem parts) back after new clutch and capristo headers and a Mase Engineering tune... it's mental now; David from Mase did an excellent job. Lovely screaming engine and Mase tune unleashed the beast. That with the gated manual and the super light flywheel and not sure they're anything more involving and fun and analog at this price point. Just took off for a drive into the partially foggy night on favorite backroad ... semi-religious experience. Light on its feet wnd great linear handling with the PS4s replacing the wooden Pirellis and the ceramic brakes coming into their own with the little humidity. Delicious drive. Do not discount the manuale F430... it spans a wide dynamic range and may just be the Goldilocks between older and newer Ferraris possibly. It's pretty wild and responsive and involving and not so polished as the 458/488 so quite old school in many ways.
Haven't seen an update for quite some time on your Scud (other than the recent Car Guys review). Will you be doing one soon?
