    Hello, I’m here cause I had a really bad experience with a official Ferrari dealer. In particular I decided to fix the front bumper of my F12 that had some chips stone repainting it and installed new PPF on it.
    Now replacing front wheels I could see well that probably they didn’t took off front bumper when they painted it.
    This is the top of the front wheel arch

    Welcome to owning a Ferrari. Being a Ferrari owner is nothing special. I own 2 of them and I can tell you it's nothing special. Most people that own them think they are cooler and better than people because they own a Ferrari. Many of the people on this forum will tell you how special they are. Don't believe me? Just DM them and they will tell you. Because of this you get treated bad by alot of people who despise you for owning a Ferrari. I got suspended from this forum because I said people who financed them couldn't afford them and were liberals. Go buy a Lamborghini. People treat you way nicer because the owners of those aren't stuck up pricks who think they are special even though Lamborghiniss don't drive as nice.

    The truth is I offended the people here who finance their Ferraris. Which is not only the majority but also the people who "enforce" the rules. I'm surprised this post didn't get me banned again... I'll admit the post in this thread was way worse than anything I had posted in the past.

    It’s an Italian dealer, Ineco. When they gave me the car another strange things happened. They told me that when they polished the car they noticed a sort of roof damage, a sort of scratch on the edge near the tailgate. When checking the car before buying I hadn't noticed it so I can't be sure if it was already present, but asking for other opinions I was confirmed that it seems to all intents and purposes polishing damage

    I would have lot’s of bad things to say happened during my purchasing of this f12…and not only with this dealer. The car came from Germany (it was for sail by another official dealer). The car was Ferrari approved but they sent it to Ineco(that operated as intermediary) with rear brake pads finished and they never sent the car cover (ineco gave me a new cover). Also the charge maintainer arrived with pin not working correctly.
    You could say they are minor problems but in general I did not perceive the attention towards the customer that I would have expected. I hope i was unlucky and it’s only my case.

    Some updates: last week I brought the car to Ineco for service maintainence and they told me they would fix all the problems and the non-correct things: the front bumper, the damaged they did on the roof, the pin of the charger and the PPF they installed only one month before.
    At the end, yesterday I went for get back the car: the roof damage wasn't repainted, i have to pay for the new charger pin on the car and the PPF was the same (they told me it's something normal to have some air bubbles - only one month later the installation !!!!). I don't know how this could happen: it's a total lack of respect.

    Really sorry to see this. The overspray on the fender liner alone must have made your heart drop knowing they did not remove the bumper skin. Treating such a car in that manner is over the top bad practice. Is there any way they got the impression that you were OK with doing something very cheap on cost? Even then you just don't treat such a car that way.
