There’s three higher mile Scuds on Autotrader for under $250. @Scottslaw has shown these are pretty robust cars. If I were in the market I would be looking for a fun driver rather than a collector car. But that’s just me.

Anyone ever try to hire a firm to do this? I believe EU and USD cars are similar?

Ya sadly welcome to the club of too disciplined (or poor I guess) - to pay that much

been in that camp myself for last year

I’ve just gone and bought other cars on my wish list while I wait (maybe forever) for price t achieve my personal level of willing to pay

You can't import them until they are 25 years old so it will be 2033 until you can legally import the Euro cars. Once cars get closer to 25 years, the overseas car prices go up closer to USA levels because they know Americans will be looking to buy and import. This is what happened to the JDM market for 25 year old cars.

Because of the crisis affecting Europe, our association which wants to help more people will perhaps create a charity lottery this year by offering 2 cars including a 430 Scuderia

There was a yellow one with about 8k miles at Ferrari Palm Beach. Price dropped to 290k and it sold fairly quickly. Guessing it sold for somewhere between 275- 290k?? Just a data point to throw out there.

I think the days of low 200's are long gone, unfortunately.

For most of them LOL! If someone offered me 200k for mine mine, my two boys would probably start sweating (they love the car even more than me!). But I agree with you...for clean cars with relatively low mileage, I think low 200's are gone. I mean, you can option up a base '23 Carrera to that level nowadays (or close to it, after figuring in fees and taxes)! Which one would you rather have at that price?

    Couple more data points:

Blue one w about 20k miles got traded in to dealer for slightly higher than 255k (I made offer at 255k but seller had just traded in to dealer, I was told it got traded in for slightly higher than my offer)

I just pulled the trigger on a red one w 8k miles. 280k. Car had deferred maintenance and by the time everything was brought up to speed, about 35k was spent on car. It is completely up to date now and prob won't need anything for quite some time. Or so I hope!

Can't wait for it to arrive!!
