have tryed to use the searce option, but dident find any info, so i made a new post.
my car have been sitting in a garage for 23 years and because of this i think my blower need some lube, it screams about 1 minut then it goes quiet, i wonder if it is possible to only remove the blower so i can take it apart en refurbished it, or have anyone tryed to lube it from the outside?

I only took my fan motors off along with the entire evaporator, so I don't know if it's possible to remove the fans alone, but I'm pretty sure it's not. I think you are looking at evacuating the system and pulling the condenser unit to get to the fans. At that stage I wouldn't lube the motor, I'd replace the whole thing with the modern Spal unit others have identified on FChat. It needs a few different holes, but otherwise fits great. I was comparing the new one to a 40 year old one, so I don't know if it's apples-to-apples, but the new version blows a lot more air.

thanx for the reply, my car has only 42000km on it, so it is like new and i can't feel any play, so i startet to think it is hitting the plastic, and a also did see that you can adjust the blower in the housing, so i did that and also made a small plastic tube so could reatch the axle and give it some creep oil, now it is quiet. :), i wonder if the motor is made like the good old times, often electric motors had a small cup with filt in it attached to the sint bronze bearing, this filt/sponge were filled with oil, and sometimes the even had holes very you could add oil.
