California last year required that electric vehicles make up 35% of auto-maker sales in 2026, 68% in 2030 and 100% by 2035. EVs made up 19% of California sales last year, but two-thirds or so were Teslas. Auto makers that fall short of California’s benchmarks will have to buy regulatory credits from Tesla and other EV makers.

There is a lot out there about your Uncle Pat and I am sure that there is more to uncover.
I have had a few emails with David Manton and I think he may have a little more he could add to this very interesting subject.

 

I read his book and found out stories I had not been told ,put him right on a couple of details like date and cause of his death when I meet at an event.
Because he died unexpectedly there where lots of loose ends that had to be sorted out, funny thing we ended up with a Ferrari 250 windscreen still in a crate that had been flown by air India in the early 60s.
