Echoing what many have said. If you want top dollar, this car screams BAT.

Perhaps, and perhaps BAT won’t take it unless he does a no reserve auction . In which case, it’s quite possible that the car would sell for under $10,000.

Yes I don’t disagree. But he probably needs eye balls on this thing. Unfortunately for him, it probably isn’t worth much.

Look at the pictures of the car. The windows are actually large enough you can see out side of the car. Doesn’t need a back up camera because you can actually see out the back of the car.

I think it breaks 10 on BAT, but not 20. C&B might take it with a reserve; BAT I doubt it. BAT had two mothballed B13 SE-R’s with basically delivery miles - one squeezed past 20, one broke 30. But this car is not that. Similar standing for the marque and size of the buyer pool, but certainly a less significant model. I can’t see how this gets over 20 knowing the alternatives out there. 59k miles is still 59k miles.

My first car ever was a 1979 626 coupe - dark blue. What a car it was.

Well, I finally submitted this car to BAT a few weeks ago, and they said the only way they would list it was with no reserve. I'm a little concerned about doing an auction with no reserve, but I have a feeling I could still do ok. However for now I'll lower the price to $15,000 in case someone is interested.
