Definitely keeping the two cars together, and racking up the laps! Anyone know what happened to put them a couple laps down relatively early in the race?
The 007's best lap is ~0.5 second slower than the leading Toyota, which adds up I suppose but apparently average lap time is what's hurting them.
51 takes the lead from the pits. Very poor reporting. They never said if the Ferrari got new tires, and the camera moved to the Toyota.
That’s what I thought too, but the reporting was confusing. As it turned out the tires were changed. It must have been a blinder change but the director was showing us the Toyota while it was happening.
